Steer prices the 192 companies on Robinhood Chain by what their own code lets an administrator do. Every $STEER trade pays a tax, and Keepers vote each day on whose stock it buys. Inspired by Snowmoon, the novel Vitalik Buterin published last week.

Every company, priced.

In the novel, Veridia never bans a company; it prices what a company does. The Sentinel read the bytecode of every official stock token on Robinhood Chain and priced each administrative power it found. Anyone can re-read the code and get the same table.

Read from the bytecode of 192 official Robinhood stock tokens, 1 October 2026. Base land tax 1.00% included in every total.

What each power costs.

The base land tax is 1.00%, as in chapter 1 of the novel. On top of it, the Sentinel charges for each power it finds in a token's code. Nothing is banned; everything is priced.

192 stocks, one door.

All 192 official stock tokens on Robinhood Chain are copies behind a single beacon, running one shared implementation. Every one carries the pause switch and the mint key, and none carries a blacklist. Replacing that one contract changes the code of all 192 stocks at once.

So today Nvidia pays what a treasury ETF pays. No company has yet distinguished itself before the Sentinel. Read from public bytecode on 1 October 2026.

An office with no staff.

The Order of Steering runs the office, and it employs no one. Every day runs the same four steps.

01

Every trade pays

Each $STEER trade on Pons pays a 1% fee. Seventy percent of it goes to the treasury, in dollars (USDG).

02

Keepers vote

Keepers burn $STEER to vote for a company. One token is one vote and the token is gone, so a vote has a price like everything else here.

03

The tax buys

When the day's vote closes, anyone can trigger the buy. The treasury buys the winner's stock and refuses any price more than 1% worse than Chainlink's.

04

Held in the open

Every share the treasury buys sits in its own account on Robinhood Chain, where anyone can check it.

Today in the office.

Every $STEER trade pays the treasury. Burn $STEER to vote for a company. Every day at 14:00 UTC the vote closes, and the treasury buys the winner's stock.

The office opens at launch.

Until then nothing here is live. These are the 35 companies on the ballot, every stock on Robinhood Chain with a Chainlink price the treasury can check its buys against.
